The big orange vegetable is in season. We mainly associate the pumpkin with Halloween. It has many nutritional values, vitamins, and minerals. The seeds are helpful in removing pinworms, tapeworms, and other parasites from the body.

What are the health benefits of a pumpkin?
1. Beta-carotene, the antioxidant contained in pumpkin, inhibits harmful oxidative processes and the development of cancerous diseases.
