Individual predispositions of the body

Do you know the maximum degree of alcohol intoxication which a person is able to live with?

The adopted norm of 4.5 ‰, which is regarded as lethal, is repeatedly exceeded. Reports indicate the blood alcohol levels which can amaze even the most important casualty physician.

But let's leave alcohol; it is enough to look at the effects of coffee. For you, it can be very helpful when you are tired and have low blood pressure; others react to caffeine and cannot sleep peacefully even if they drink only a few cups.

The same concerns smoking; although it causes diseases most frequently, these diseases are milder in some people and more serious in others.

However, these are only substances which, when not taken excessively, will not have a significant influence on your metabolism. They are not able to disturb natural processes taking place in cells, although... you can never know. The principle which works for the record blood alcohol levels in a living person may also work the other way.

The situation is different if we look at a supply of separate nutrients which are essential for a person to maintain health and fitness. However, there are many inconsistencies here as well. Theoretical recommendations work in most cases; however, not all products are well-digested, liked, and willingly eaten by all people. And this proves that each organism has different predispositions.
Individual dietary needs

Sometimes specific eating habits followed for a long time do not cause any changes or ailments in a large group of people. However, if they undergo tests, e.g. blood count, the results of each person will be different. And we are not talking about more advanced image diagnostics, i.e. X-ray, ultrasound, or CAT-scans, which show differences in anatomical construction of separate organs. Obviously, some of them will be enlarged or shrunken as a result of diseases. In healthy people, significant deviations in the shape and size of internal organs are frequent; however, these deviations do not disturb the functions of these organs.

Like our physical appearance, our anatomical constructions and all biochemical processes differ significantly even among close family members, apart from certain common characteristics. Evolution equipped us, of course, with all we need for conscious existence and activity. If something is missing, it concerns genetic or mechanic aspects most frequently. However, the individuality of each person makes their biochemical profile individual and characteristic of them only.

We differ in literally everything. As little as different body shape forces different solutions in terms of internal processes. This is followed by a variety in the composition of bodily fluids, anatomical construction, enzymatic and hormone individuality, and reactions to external stimuli. Each person feels pain or taste differently; each person can have lower heart rate or blood pressure than normal and, what follows a completely different blood circulation.
Dietary mistakes

You certainly know that healthy people can be carriers of theoretically dangerous parasites, bacteria, and other pathogens. These people are not ill but they pose risk to their environment, in which these parasites may cause symptoms of diseases. Sometimes, parasites take control over the body of a healthy carrier, what results with a disease.

This also applies to dietary mistakes. They are not able to wreak havoc in your body on a small scale and in a short time. If you cross the line behind which your body was able to cope with inappropriate substances, the lack of balance starts to dominate which leads to diseases.

It is even worse when you are not aware of genetic determinants of your body which should make you avoid some things and choose others. It is good if you start looking for causes in good time instead of removing the symptoms. Then, it is possible to match your diet to your biochemical individuality.

More and more frequently, you have no time or possibility to choose your favourite and most beneficial food. The most available food products are manufactured in a way that reduces their quality and removes most nutrients. Unfortunately, this way food fails to supply you with necessary vitamins, minerals, amino acids, or fatty acids. It is not as bad if they are produced in your healthy biochemical processes. However, if you fail to supplement all substance levels in due time, your cells, tissues, and organs will suffer.
Body intoxication

Industrial production is not friendly to your genes. Even if you try to avoid junk food, your body contains other toxins assimilated with food or formed as a result of incorrect processes.

Your permanent genotype and an appropriate reaction enable you to get rid of toxins of various origins and bring your biochemical processes to top efficiency. It is worth looking at your body and finding your biochemical individuality. It is necessary, not only for you but also for your children and the next generations.

If any doubts arise, you can always use advanced diagnostic techniques supported with experiences of genetotrophy and geobiochemistry. Genetotrophy focuses on determining biochemical individuality; geobiochemistry describes the influence of the environment on your body. Cooperation of these disciplines enables you to stabilize your metabolism and keep the homeostasis of your body.
